ORDERS ?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch payment cards.
Please fax your order with your Credit Card number and Expiry Date.
We need the BILLING address of the Credit Card.

To be safe, DO NOT email us your credit card details,
phone or fax them thru.

(in case there are any questions we need to ask you).

DELIVERY TIME
Current issues are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of more complicated orders,
for example any which include obsolete models.

(This is particularly important where we are offering obsolete items.
We try our best to send packages as quickly as possible,
but please allow us time to check obsolete cars and ship them).

VAT
All prices include UK Vat at 17.5%.

Overseas Customers (EC sales do NOT count as overseas),
can deduct UK Vat by dividing the Price Listed by 1.175,
e.g. £15 would equate to £12.75
£25 would equate to £21.25
£35 would equate to £29.75
etc.

POSTAGE CHARGES
Overseas/EC Parcels are sent Airmail, Insured only, with the full value declared,
and Postage and Packing is charged at cost . . .
Postage on a Minichamps F1 to USA/Canada will be around £3.50.
